Summary:
R&D refers to research and development. At Wellmike, the R&D department is composed of designers, engineers, and sales personnel. These persons combine forces to design and manufacturer marketable items. The R&D department must be aware of several variables when developing new ideas. Flexibility and cooperation are necessary characteristics. Depending on the product, the R& D department must be knowledgible of several specifics. While adhering to the annually revised regulations of the ISO, our products must also pass our own strict specifications. This strickness insures customer satisfaction and our good name. For many of our products, issues of electricity and space come into play. The R&D personnel must troubleshoot such problems to develop a useful, fuctioning, and attractive product.
